All orders are shipped via Australia Post, Fastway, Couriers and with an Authority to Leave - if you do not want your order to be shipped with an Authority to Leave, please let us know in the note section upon checkout.

We process all orders between 24 - 48 hours unless we receive your order during a public holiday or on the weekend. In this case your order will be processed at the following business day. Once your order is ready to be dispatched we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

From time to time we may need to contact you in relation to your order. We will never pass on your details to third parties except our courier who may need to contact you regarding your delivery.

Whilst we endeavour to get your items to you as quickly as possible Luna & Soul cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays caused by our postal and logistic providers. We also ask that customers ensure the provided delivery address and payment information is accurate as errors may cause delays. During busy periods we may experience slightly longer than normal shipping times but we will do our best to minimise this.

Important **** We take no responsibility for incorrect addresses. 

Please ensure you fill out your shipping details clearly and completely. You will be charged for additional shipping if goods are sent back due to a wrong address supplied by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL

We use Australian Post and GoGreen DHL for international orders. 

$35 - below 1kg otherwise $74.95

All prices are in Australian Dollar / AUS.

International delivery is between can take between 5 - 15 business days.
From time to time we may need to contact you in relation to your order. We will never pass on your details to third parties except our courier who may need to contact you regarding your delivery.

​For destinations outside Australia additional costs such as customs charges and taxes may be payable at the destination. We do not account for these additional charges at checkout and they will not be added to your cart. We advise international customers to check import charges with their local customs office before ordering.

Please note that we are required to declare the full value of your order on our invoices for custom purposes and cannot change the value of your order.

Consent

By agreeing to these Purchase & Shipping terms, you also consent to receive further electronic communications from us in relation to Luna & Soul, including information relating to products, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message. Of course, you may at any time, unsubscribe from receiving electronic commercial messages from us.

RETURN

We will happily accept your return within 28 days of receipt of the item if it is still in a new and unworn condition and if you have proof of purchase.

Please note that promotional, discounted and sale items are not refundable. However, you can return them for a credit note. 

In order to arrange a return please contact us first on hello@lunaandsoul.com.au Once we authorise your return we will send you return instructions. Please understand that we can only accept items in new condition that have not been worn or washed and show no traces of make-up or any other marking. Items must have all original hangtags still attached.


Please be mindful when washing your garment and follow the care instructions carefully. We can't accept a refund if a garment has not been cared for as instructed. Click here to view our care guide and learn more about caring for our products.

​We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery method to avoid any issues processing your return. Please understand that we cannot issue a refund if we haven’t received your items. Returns are to be paid by the customers unless otherwise agreed with us.

Please be mindful when returning an item and ensure that it is wrapped up and protected as we reserve the right to deduct or charge for any damage that occurs during the returns process.

If you are returning an item from outside Australia please be sure to clearly mark it as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ in order to avoid customs fees being applied. We reserve the right to deduct any fees that might be applied to returned items such as customs duties, handling costs, tax on imports etc.

We try to ensure every item is perfect but we’re only human and occasionally something might slip through the net. If an item is faulty please get in touch with us on hello@lunaandsoul.com.au as soon as possible and we will happily provide you with a replacement. 

If an item needs to be exchanged for a different size, colour or style please contact us on hello@lunaandsoul.com.au  and we will be happy to assist. 

Please bear in mind that it can take up to 7 days for your return to appear in your account. All refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for the purchase. 

What items are not returnable?

* Gift Cards, face masks and beauty products are not returnable.

Are there any charges for return?

If you select to pay via AfterPay please note that a restocking fee will apply as merchant will not be refunded. As a small business Luna & Soul is not able to absorb these cost. Currently our restocking fee is 6% where the purchase was made with AfterPay, and 3% for all other payment methods. We review these fees from time to time to make sure we think they are a reasonable estimate of our costs of offering refunds, which can change over time.
