Returns

We will happily accept your return within 28 days of receipt of the item if it is still in a new and unworn condition and if you have proof of purchase. In order to arrange a return please contact us first on returns@lunaandsoulactive.com. Once we authorise your return we will send you return instructions. Please understand that we can only accept items in new condition that have not been worn or washed and show no traces of make-up or any other marking. Items must have all original hangtags still attached.

Please be mindful when washing your garment and follow the care instructions carefully. We can't accept a refund if a garment has not been cared for as instructed. Click here to view our care guide and learn more about caring for our products.

​We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery method to avoid any issues processing your return. Please understand that we cannot issue a refund if we haven’t received your items. Returns are to be paid by the customers unless otherwise agreed with us.

Please be mindful when returning an item and ensure that it is wrapped up and protected as we reserve the right to deduct or charge for any damage that occurs during the returns process.

If you are returning an item from outside Australia please be sure to clearly mark it as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ in order to avoid customs fees being applied. We reserve the right to deduct any fees that might be applied to returned items such as customs duties, handling costs, tax on imports etc.

We try to ensure every item is perfect but we’re only human and occasionally something might slip through the net. If an item is faulty please get in touch with us on returns@lunaandsoulactive.com as soon as possible and we will happily provide you with a replacement. 

If an item needs to be exchanged for a different size, colour or style please contact us on returns@lunaandsoulactive.com  and we will be happy to assist. 

Please bear in mind that it can take up to 7 days for your return to appear in your account. All refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for the purchase.
